I.

     
 Consigner warrants that he/she is the registered owner of the vehicle, and that it is free and clear of any lien or encumbrance except for any notified before hand in writing. Consigner also warrants said vehicle to be held by a good marketable title, which Consigner will freely assign to Dealer upon purchase of said vehicle. Consigner will deliver vehicle and a copy of the title to the Dealer.  Consigner agrees that the Dealer may sell the above-described vehicle on the Consigner's behalf and that the Consigner will require no more than the amount stated above for full payment of the said vehicle. However, consigner may be presented with an offer of a lesser amount at which time, with written authorization, Consigner may accept a lesser amount as payment in full.  Consigner also agrees to have pictures and vehicle information posted on Dealer's web advertisements and/or website.

II.

     Dealer agrees to keep the vehicle reasonably secure and clean while in the Dealer's possession. Consigner agrees that the vehicle remains Consigner's sole risk, without liability on the part of the Dealer for loss herof or damage thereto by fire, theft, collision or other occurrences. The dealer will not be responsible for vehicle failures, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, or appearance. In the event that the Dealer earned money or deposit for the described vehicle, prior to receipt of notification to cancel by the Consigner, this contract will remain in effect until the sale is completed or voided, at the discretion of the Dealer. Consigner authorizes the Dealer to demonstrate and operate the vehicle. Consigner also authorizes all prospective third party purchasers to operate the vehicle under dealer supervision.

III.

   
      This instrument embodies the whole agreement of the parties. There are no promises, terms, conditions, obligations other than those contained herein, and this contract shall supersede all previous communications, representations, or agreements whether verbal or written between the parties hereto.

IV.

     
     This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. This agreement is cancelled three days after the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation by either party.
